The month of November saw Avon Park residents engage in many activities such as Card Making for world kindness day and Christmas Crafts as well as the return of our movie nights with delicious treats.
Our Christmas season started off in style with a visit from Doorstep Entertainment! Residents and staff got involved in numerous songs and shared many laughs! (Click here to find out more)
Residents also ventured out in small groups for some early Christmas shopping and everyone had such a good time!
Avon Park Care Home is packed with activities this month, here are some key dates to remember:
1st December – Christmas decorations 🎄
8th December – Christmas singalong
13th December – Christmas card crafts
15th December – Festive paperchain making
20th December – Church group choir visit
22nd December –
Gingerbread baking
On Thursday 20th December Avon Park will receive a visit from local church choir 'Duncan Road Singers'. Residents will enjoy a fun winters morning songs, dance and festive treats!
