We usually try to have as big variety as possible of different activities for our residents, including guests to speak and discuss about some interesting topics, or musicians and singers to entertain our residents. However, the past couple of months should have been calmer and we’ve spent time in our close group of nurses and residents.
Despite that, we still managed to have some fun during this time!

Seasonal Activities

There was one very important day to celebrate in May. It was VE Day! On this day, we’ve had a tasty lunch together where our beautiful resident Paricia read a beautiful poem. We’ve also had some fun playing quiz’s, sang some lovely songs and had some sweet treats for the tea.

And of course, we couldn’t forget to say thank you to our wonderful Community Nurse team on International Nurse’s day. They support us in so many ways and go above and beyond at all time’s but during this pandemic they are going that extra mile.

Games and Quizzes

We’ve played quiz’s and the most favorite game of all time of our residents – bingo, with some lovely prizes!

Birthdays and Other

We’ve celebrated our lovely resident Pam’s birthday. With some presents of course and a cake of course! We hope we made her day as special as she is.

As our residents are a priority for us, we want them too feel special. As every month, we organised some pampering and hairdressing by ourselves. How lovely do they look? ❤️
