About Avon Park Care Home

Avon Park Care Home has been family-owned since 1988 by Mr & Mrs Nethersole.
We are now managed and run jointly by Mr Nethersole and Miss Amy Kelly, our Registered Manager.

As an elderly residential care home, Avon Park caters to residents who are alert, have a degree of mobility, and are generally able to care for themselves but may now be finding it difficult to manage completely on their own due to old age.

Our Southampton Care Home Facilities

Our Southampton-based residential care home is perfectly situated to cater for residents from across the South Coast, providing a clean, well-maintained and comfortable environment. We have worked hard to ensure we provide the best care experience possible, with our home being maintained and furnished to immaculate standards of comfort and appearance.

Residential rooms are mainly located on the ground floor of our premises, all complete with private en-suite facilities and BT telephone lines, providing privacy, functionality and comfort to our residents. We have developed a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our home with communal residential areas, including our dining area, living room area, and spacious and well-maintained gardens.

Our facility is a registered care home and complies with all the regulations under the Care Standards Act 2000 and the inspectorate body, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
